All locations are currently open and operating during normal business hours. Although our lobbies have reopened, we may limit occupancy from time-to-time to ensure social distancing. If you plan to stop by a branch, we encourage you to click the button below to schedule an appointment at your preferred branch. Any updates will be communicated on our website and via social media.
If you enter a branch lobby for service, you will be required to wear a protective face mask or covering. You will be asked to present a valid Photo ID and briefly lower your mask for identification purposes. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain a secure environment for everyone.

Carolina Trust Appoints New Vice President/Controller and AVP Consumer Lending
Carolina Trust is pleased to welcome Danae English to the position of Vice President/Controller and promote Jim Weigand to the position of AVP Consumer Lending.
English comes to Carolina Trust from Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union, in Savannah, Georgia where she served as Director of Accounting, Finance and Payment Services. She is a 2010 Graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Corporate Finance and Accounting and a Minor in Sports and Entertainment Management.
“We are excited to welcome Danae to our Carolina Trust family. The depth of her technical and operational skills, combined with her leadership qualities and industry experience, certainly brings excellent value to the position and our growing organization,” said Timothy S Vogel, Carolina Trust Chief Financial Officer.
Weigand joined the Carolina Trust family as Sales Finance Coordinator in January 2012. He has since held the roles of Indirect Lending Manager, and most recently Consumer Lending Manager.

Habitat for Humanity
Carolina Trust AVP Business Lending, David Welborn, helped build homes for families in need with Habitat for Humanity. David is a member of Leadership Grand Strand, who partnered with Habitat for Humanity for their Day of Caring. Currently, homes are being built in Conway and Longs, South Carolina, and should be ready for families to move in soon.

Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union and HTC, Inc. have partnered to offer scholarship awards to two graduating high school seniors within Horry, Georgetown, Marion, Williamsburg, or the southern part of Florence County. Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to two rising college freshmen attending either Coastal Carolina University or Francis Marion University for their four-year degree. The scholarships may be renewed for three consecutive years in the amount of $500 per year should the award recipients continue to meet qualifying criteria. The total scholarship amount each student may receive over a four-year period is $2,500. All materials must be postmarked by March 5, 2021.The two scholarship recipients for the 2021-2022 academic year will be announced in May 2021. Christmas Club Account
Consider opening a Carolina Trust Christmas Club account to save for holiday expenses throughout the year while earning a competitive rate on your deposits. Monthly deposits may be made via direct deposit, payroll deduction, or at the Credit Union. Your Christmas Club balance will automatically transfer to your checking or savings account on November 1st.
