The launch of the new digital banking platform was a success! We will continue to assist with the mobile APP and desktop versions but there are currently no major issues.
This new online and banking platform is truly state of the art and will allow us to add features and services in the future so that we can stay relevant. Many of the friction and pain points have been reduced and we hope you'll have a much better user experience. Below are some of the new and improved features:

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Branch Updates Effective as of 4/13/2021
Our branch locations are currently open and operating during normal business hours. If you plan to stop by a branch, protective masks are recommended, and member appointments are highly encouraged since lobby capacity may be limited to ensure social distancing. You may click the button below to schedule an appointment at your preferred branch.
When entering a branch lobby for service, if wearing a face mask or covering, you will be asked to present a valid Photo ID and briefly lower your mask for identification purposes. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain a secure environment for everyone. Our top priority is ensuring employees' and members' safety while delivering the best service possible. The Child Tax Credit will help many families get advance payments of the credit starting this summer. The IRS will pay half the total credit amount in advance monthly payments beginning July 15. You will claim the other half when you file your 2021 income tax return. These changes apply to tax year 2021 only. Click here for more information on the Child Tax Credit.

Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Employees Accepted to Leadership Grand Strand Class of XLII
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union AVP Operations Support, Keli Herring and Brand Ambassador, August were recently accepted into Leadership Grand Strand Class of XLII.
Leadership Grand Strand is a program sponsored by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce to develop a corps of informed, committed, and qualified individuals capable of providing dynamic leadership for the Grand Strand area. The 10-month program accepts 30 participants each year and meets monthly to work on team projects.
