Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Conway Branch Manager, Brittany Woodward recently graduated from Southeast Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Management School.
The Southeast CUNA Management School provides a well-rounded curriculum and experiential opportunities for professional and personal growth, challenging each participant to achieve their highest potential by engaging them in learning activities that stimulate critical thinking and increase confidence.

WBTW Living Local Carolina
On the June Financial Friday Community Panel, Brand Ambassador, August was joined by special guests Frank Johnson, WBTW News 13 Chief Meteorologist and Aaron Clay, Captain with the Myrtle Beach Fire Department to discuss hurricane preparation. In addition to our Living Local Carolina Hurricane Preparedness segment, Carolina Trust is sponsoring WBTW's Hurricane Center website page, where viewers can get predictions and coverage of hurricanes for 2023 hurricane season. We've also put together a list of resources for hurricane preparedness on our website.

Card Management
We are excited to announce that Carolina Trust now has alerts and controls online for both credit and debit cards! Members now have the option for controlling when, where and how their cards are used. Members will be able to self-monitor and manage transactions through real-time alerts. You will have the option to select unique parameters that will trigger card alerts and also have the option to switch your cards on/off. With these new controls in your hands, we're hoping to reduce fraud claims and losses.
In addition, we know that you may be traveling this summer. Using our digital banking platform, you can place your own Travel Notes on your credit card, without having to contact the Credit Union. You can find the travel notice scheduler under the card management tab on your digital banking dashboard.
