Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Proudly Announces Its Support of the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center’s Tiny Home Village
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union is proud to announce its support of the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center’s Tiny Home Village. It is committed to donating Fifteen Thousand Dollars.
The Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center (VWHRC) opened in May of 2009, based on the founding belief that all Military Veterans have earned recognition, respect, and assistance from the nation they so honorably served. In accordance with its mission, The Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center has opened its first tiny house village for veterans in our community. The addition of this village will ensure that the veterans in our community have a clean, and safe place to call home.

Scammers are always looking for an easy way to trick you out of your personal and financial information. Catfishing is when people create fake profiles online to look like someone else. Usually it happens on dating sites. After starting a relationship with someone online, the scammer will start to ask for money, usually small amounts at first (following the foot-in-the-door tactic) for emergencies or to travel to visit the victim. Over time, these requests will get larger until the victim catches on and stops the relationship.Luckily, there are things you can do to protect yourself from catfishing or romance scams. Just a friendly reminder, Carolina Trust representatives will not request your account information through text or over the phone.
