Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Celebrated New Executive Offices & Operations Center with a Ribbon Cutting
Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union celebrated the opening of its new Executive Offices & Operations Center with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, September 9th.
Employees from the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce joined Credit Union Board Members and employees in celebrating the opening of the new offices located at 4573 Oleander Dr. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
“Opening our new Executive and Operations Center in Myrtle Beach is an important milestone for our credit union and a meaningful investment in our future,” said Tim Carlisle, President/CEO. “As the longest-standing financial institution headquartered locally in Myrtle Beach, we are incredibly proud of the history we have built here and the community that has supported us throughout the years. As a credit union, every community and every member we serve is important to us. At the same time, Myrtle Beach is where our story began and maintaining that connection to our roots is an important part of who we are. This new center allows us to honor that history while creating the infrastructure, leadership presence and operational capacity needed to serve our members and communities well into the future.”

CCU Coin-Toss Kid
Parents of Chanticleer fans ages 5-13 can now register their child for a chance to be the next CCU Coin-Toss Kid! One lucky participant will be randomly selected before each of the six home games*.
Winners will receive four tickets to a CCU home football game, one parking pass, a CCU Prize Pack, and the opportunity to accompany the team captains and referees for the official pre-game coin toss.

Carolina Trust employees volunteered their time at the Help4Kids Grillers Cup & Fall Craft Fair! Help4Kids provides meals to children in our community who do not have access to an adequate amount of food, through no fault of their own. We're proud to announce that Carolina Trust will partner with the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation for the Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Community Service Scholarship ($5,000.00) and the Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union Legacy Scholarship ($5,000.00) again this year.
In addition, Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union and Horry Telephone Cooperative, (HTC) have partnered to offer two scholarship awards to local graduating high school seniors who wish to continue their education at either Coastal Carolina University (CCU) or Francis Marion University (FMU). Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to rising college freshmen seeking a four-year degree from CCU or FMU.

We're happy to share that our relocated ATM in Conway is available for use. Our Conway ATM was previously located at the Conway Mall and has now been relocated to Bay Village Shopping Center, located at 2300 Church St. Conway, SC.
This ATM offers both withdrawals and deposit capabilities, including cash and check deposits.

It is officially hurricane season, and we want to make sure that you’re prepared. Now is the time to ensure that you have everything that you will need in the event of an emergency. Don’t wait until it's too late.
It's a good practice to check your credit report for fraudulent activity annually. The three major credit bureaus, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, will provide you with a free copy of your credit report upon your request once every 12 months. These three national credit reporting agencies have established one central website, phone number, and mailing address to use for ordering your report. The credit bureaus will provide the free annual reports only through this central location and not through their individual websites, telephone numbers, or web addresses. Be cautious of websites offering "free" credit reports since you do not need to go through third party providers.
For your free credit report, contact the Annual Credit Report Request Service by Web: www.annualcreditreport.com, Toll-Free Telephone: 877.322.8228, or Mail: Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281. Since you are entitled to one free annual report from each of the three bureaus, you can get them all at one time or stagger the requests throughout the year. If you request the report online, you should be able to view it immediately. Requests made by phone or mail will take approximately 15 days to process.
International Credit Union (ICU) Day
International Credit Union (ICU) Day, October 15, is a day to celebrate credit unions' financial service partnership in communities around the country.
Since its inception in 1948, International Credit Union Day has been celebrated through outreach, volunteering, fundraising and other activities.
